Mosque Notes
The Center has acquired Approximately 3.5 Acres of land, has obtain all
the approvals from the township and the State of NJ. Full project is
26,000 square feet, which is a long term goal. We have divided the
project into four phases. The Phasing plane had to be approved by the
township. The phase 1 is 10,000 square feet. The performance bonds for
approximately $100,000 has been placed, the preliminary infra-structure
has been installed, the construction drawings have been prepared and
construction permit from the township has been obtained. We have started
the construction of Phase 1, which will cost approximately $900,000.
